Do you have extensive experience in installing sun protection and\/or patio covers? Do you know exactly how to handle an installation job from start to finish, and do you enjoy transferring your knowledge to a colleague? Then we are looking for you as a Team Leader Installation at Vitrona. <\/p>\n

Together with the installers, you will form a strong installation team. Every day, you will head out to install high-quality folding arm awnings, external venetian blinds, screens, and complete patio covers. From sun protection at a family home to a luxury patio cover at a villa or catering establishment: no two days are the same. You take the lead on-site, work alongside the team, and ensure that every job is completed neatly, safely, and professionally. <\/p>\n

What will you be doing?<\/h3>\n

You will work on diverse projects at villas, apartments, family homes, businesses, and catering venues. Every location is different and requires your technical insight and experience. As a team leader, you maintain the overview. You coordinate the work, distribute tasks, and ensure that you can work efficiently as a team. At the same time, you are right in the middle of the action, actively participating in the installation. <\/p>\n

Your duties will include:<\/p>\n

  • Installing sun protection, screens, and external venetian blinds<\/li>\n
  • Fitting patio covers and other outdoor solutions<\/li>\n
  • Connecting and configuring electrical and automated systems<\/li>\n
  • Coordinating activities on-site<\/li>\n
  • Guiding and supporting your fellow installer<\/li>\n
  • Identifying and resolving technical challenges<\/li>\n
  • Monitoring quality and ensuring a neat finish<\/li>\n
  • Maintaining contact with the client during installation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Together, you deliver craftsmanship!<\/p>\n

    As a team leader, you work alongside the installers. You take the lead on-site, but primarily work on the job together with your colleague. With your experience, you help others to continuously improve. You share your knowledge, provide clear explanations, and teach colleagues the tricks of the trade. This way, you grow as a team and ensure together that every installation is carried out safely, efficiently, and to perfection. <\/p>\n

    • You have several years of experience in the installation of sun protection and\/or patio covers<\/li>\n
    • You have the qualities to guide, manage, and motivate colleagues<\/li>\n
    • You possess strong technical insight and are solution-oriented<\/li>\n
    • You can make independent decisions on-site<\/li>\n
    • You have an eye for quality and a neat finish<\/li>\n
    • You are physically fit and have no fear of heights<\/li>\n
    • You hold a valid driving licence (Category B)<\/li>\n
    • You are customer-oriented, reliable, and proactive<\/li>\n
