GJ provides both executive and advisory support, actively contributing ideas for practical solutions.<br\/>For Growers United, this means specialist expertise is readily available, without complicated procedures. <br\/><br\/><strong>Proactive rather than reactive<\/strong><br\/>Effective occupational health services do not begin only when a problem arises. Therefore, there is regular contact with the company doctor on-site, and preliminary consultations take place before appointments.<br\/>After reports, we also quickly discuss possible next steps and solutions. Additionally, GJ ARBO provides support by deploying an external confidential counsellor.
