The past year has been defined by development, innovation, and improvement. We would like to take a moment to look back with you at some of our highlights from 2023.
Developments within our services
Certified Occupational Health Service
Since September, our Absence department has been a certified occupational health service (Arbodienst). This ensures we meet the requirements to guarantee expertise in the field of occupational health and safety services. This certificate is based on the requirements of the certification scheme of the Stichting Beheer Certificatieregeling Arbodiensten (SBCA) and was developed to safeguard the quality and professionalism of occupational health services.
This certification is a development we are extremely proud of. It allows us to guarantee a high level of service to our clients, including payroll administration, recruitment and selection, HR consultancy, and payroll.

Collaboration with JPT Personal Training & Coaching
We are very enthusiastic that we took our collaboration with JPT Personal Training & Coaching to the next level a few months ago.
We have joined forces with JPT to reduce stress-related complaints. In a world where pressure and tension can take over, it is important to prioritise the well-being of your employees.
Through a coaching programme, we can offer preventive support to avoid employee absenteeism.

Collaboration with Anonieme Zorg – prevention
Many people struggle with problems caused by alcohol, drug use, gaming, or gambling, but do not dare to share this. We offer help for them too! Since this year, GJ GROEP has been affiliated with Anonieme Zorg, part of Be-Responsible, to provide the right and appropriate help for our temporary workers.
The professionals at Anonieme Zorg have personal experience with addiction and can provide guidance without judgement.
Expansion of our services
In addition to the developments within our existing services, major developments have also taken place regarding expansions that we are extremely proud of.
HR Consultancy
One of the expansions is within our HR consultancy service. With these developments, we can support your organisation even better, taking your HR strategy to a higher level.
For instance, we now offer The GJ HR Scan. This tool maps out your HR processes, procedures, and practices with the aim of organising your company even more efficiently and meeting the needs of your employees.
You can also purchase The GJ HR Credit Card. This means you are not tied to an expensive subscription and you remain in control of when you get in touch. The GJ HR Credit Card, consisting of 12 units of 30 minutes each, offers the possibility to call in help for (ad-hoc) HR questions.
Another major development within our HR consultancy service is the HR Total Package. A digital HR portal where you can manage all your HR matters in one place, with the option to integrate seamlessly with the payroll portal and the absence portal.*

Confidential Advisor
Besides the expansions within our services, we are also excited to have offered a new service since the past year. You can now also turn to GJ GROEP to engage an external confidential advisor.
Although the bill still has to pass through the House of Representatives, the aim remains to make a confidential advisor legally mandatory for companies with more than 10 employees from 1 January 2024.
Does everyone within your organisation know where to go, and is there a clear code of conduct in place? We are happy to help you with this! From a positive, neutral, and protective position, we make the subject open for discussion for both employer and employee. This helps prevent absence costs, dropouts, turnover, and escalation.

Sales Department
A number of internal developments have also taken place. One of these is the establishment of our Sales Team!

Updated Style
You may have already noticed, but we have been busy working on an updated style. Don’t worry, our well-known orange colour remains the same! However, development also calls for innovation.
SD Creative Agency has designed a beautiful new corporate brochure for us, featuring our core values and much more. In addition, we have more attractive flyers for our services and would be happy to bring them along when we visit you.
All in all, a dynamic year with great developments and growth!
