DOORZAAM’s mission is to promote the sustainable employability of agency workers. Promoting and fostering sustainable employability involves career, learning, development, health, and finances. We believe that every agency worker can and should be able to perform their work vitally, safely, skilfully, and with enjoyment.

To encourage this, DOORZAAM annually provides training vouchers. With this Training Voucher, the agency worker can choose one or more courses, training programmes, or workshops up to a maximum of €500 incl. VAT, and it is free. The voucher is personal: the agency worker can decide what they want to learn. However, there must be a connection to their current or future work.
Agency workers used this Training Voucher for, for example: a Digital Skills course, English, Dutch, forklift training, or a ‘Standing Up for Yourself’ workshop. The Training Voucher is intended to increase sustainable employability. Agency workers can use it again every calendar year.
