Duty of disclosure: who does what?
As the client, you must ensure that GJ GROEP receives sufficient information to properly inform and prepare our temporary workers for their new role. We do this by means of a Risk Assessment and Evaluation (RA&E); which you as an employer are required to have.
If this form is completed correctly, we can fully inform our temporary workers about the work they will be doing and the risks they may encounter.
Safety for employees
As an employer, you also bear the responsibility for creating a safe working environment.
You do not increase safety simply by investing in technical aids or by offering the right training. Working safely is an interplay between people, technology, processes, and leadership. It is important to implement changes in all these areas when safety needs to be improved.
Our specialists at Verzuim, The Occupational Health Service will be happy to help you draw up an RA&E. Contact us here or via 0174-281981 – select 1 and then 4.
At GJ GROEP, we believe it is important that a temporary or payroll worker can continue to work happily, vitally, and healthily until their retirement. Would you like to stay informed about everything GJ has to offer our temporary and payroll workers? Then take a look at the employee page we have created specifically for them.
