Based on the initial consultation, the occupational health physician draws up a treatment plan, which is implemented in consultation with the employee and employer. With access to a wide range of treatment methods, such as physiotherapy and mental support, these plans are implemented quickly and effectively. This accelerates the employee’s recovery process. Additionally, this results in a faster return to work, cost control, and an effective approach that benefits both the employer and the employee.
