Did you know that your employer:
1. Is obliged to ensure a safe and healthy workplace.
2. May require you to wear a face mask during work.
3. May stop your travel allowance if you work from home. Unless other agreements are stated in your collective labour agreement or employment contract.
4. May not oblige you to be vaccinated.
5. May not oblige you to take a corona (rapid) test.
6. May not oblige you to take holiday days if there is less or no work due to the crisis.
7. Must continue to pay your wages if you have to go into home quarantine. Please note: if you have been abroad, you may not be entitled to continued payment of wages.
8. May not oblige you to agree to a pay cut.
9. May adjust your working hours.
10. Can request the subdistrict court to terminate the employment contract if you do not comply with the coronavirus measures.
