At Vitrona, we are continuously working to further improve our organisation. We are growing, systems are developing, and tasks can always be organised more intelligently. That’s why we are looking for someone who can take a fresh look at our processes and is deeply embedded within the organisation.
In this role, you will combine process improvement, administration, and automation. You will investigate how we work, identify opportunities, and translate them into practical solutions that genuinely benefit your colleagues.
The Role
About the role
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about smart systems and automation. You will also critically review current work processes and the customer journey. You will investigate where delays, duplicate work, or ambiguities arise and then propose a practical solution. You don’t need to be an expert in everything already. More importantly, you are curious, quickly grasp how systems work, and enjoy discovering new possibilities.
In addition to improving processes, you will be actively involved in daily administration. You will keep track of various tasks and ensure that matters are completed neatly and on time. This includes:
- Checking and processing time registrations
- Preparing and following up on invoicing
- Maintaining price lists
- Administratively closing projects
- Checking and processing data
- Creating and updating overviews
- Supporting colleagues with administrative tasks
This will allow you to get to know our organisation from within and naturally identify where tasks can be handled more efficiently.
Hands-on involvement
At Vitrona, we like to get things done. Especially during our peak season, everyone helps each other where needed. This means you won’t just be behind your computer working on processes and systems. If a salesperson is busy and a customer is waiting? You’ll offer them a cup of coffee. If the phone rings while colleagues are occupied? You’ll answer it.
You see what is needed, take on tasks, and help your colleagues. Precisely because you are involved in daily operations, you understand where processes work well and where they can be improved.
Requirements
What do you bring to the table?
For this role, we are primarily looking for someone who observes, thinks, and acts. You can see the bigger picture, but at the same time, you have no problem rolling up your sleeves and getting stuck in.
Furthermore, you:
- Quickly identify where tasks can be smarter, clearer, or simpler
- Can oversee the bigger picture and translate ideas into practical improvements
- Work independently, in a structured and accurate manner
- Take responsibility and don’t wait for someone to tell you what needs to be done
- Can pleasantly guide colleagues through changes
- Are proficient with programmes such as Excel
- Quickly master new software systems
- Experience with CRM, ERP, or quotation software is a bonus, but certainly not a requirement
Our Offer

- A varied full-time position of 40 hours per week
- A salary between €2,800 and €4,000 gross per month, depending on your knowledge and experience
