Role
What will you do?
As a Production Manager in the agricultural sector, you will be responsible for coordinating and optimising the entire production process. From harvesting and processing flowers to transport: you will ensure that everything runs as efficiently and smoothly as possible. You will continuously monitor quality, planning, and progress.
You will lead employees, assist with execution where necessary, and ensure that the various activities are well coordinated. Additionally, you will actively look for opportunities to improve processes and planning. You will be in contact with various internal and external parties and ensure good cooperation among all involved.
Your duties will include:
- Coordinating and managing the production process;
- Monitoring quality, progress, and productivity;
- Developing and optimising schedules;
- Coaching, guiding, and motivating employees;
- Identifying and implementing process improvements;
- Liaising with suppliers, logistics partners, and other stakeholders;
- Ensuring the achievement and adherence to established standards and guidelines.
